What lands well on the island
- Product launches & press events: sunset venue, tight guest list, one strong visual idea. Ibiza gives you a backdrop money can't art-direct; the job is logistics and the right room.
- Pop-ups & takeovers: beach-club or restaurant buyouts, branded villa residencies for a weekend, retail pop-ups in Ibiza Town. Priced as fixed fees or minimum spends depending on venue and date.
- Press & influencer trips: villas, boats, restaurant tables and an itinerary that actually runs on time, which on this island is a competitive advantage.
- Shoots: campaign stills and film at villas, fincas, boats and beaches, with local crew, permits where needed, and honest advice about light, wind and crowds by month.
The permit reality
Anything on public land (beaches, streets, plazas) needs council permission, and beaches also involve the coastal authority. These processes are slow, and in peak season frequently end in a no. This is why almost every activation you've seen in Ibiza happens at a private licensed venue: the venue's licence covers the event, the timeline is yours, and nobody shuts you down mid-shot. Drone filming and commercial shoots in public spaces carry their own rules. Our first job on any brief is telling you which of these applies to your concept, before the deck goes to the client.
Timing and money
| Goal | Best window | Cost logic |
|---|---|---|
| Press / influencer reach | June – September | Audience is on-island; venue costs at peak |
| Attention at lower cost | Opening/closing weeks (May, October) | Cultural moment, softer pricing |
| Content shoots | Shoulder months | Empty locations, better light, easier permits |
| Peak-weekend buyouts | Lock months ahead | Fixed fee or minimum spend; midweek is negotiable |
Budgets range from a few thousand euros for a press dinner to well into six figures for a weekend takeover with full production: too wide for one number. What we do quickly is price your concept as typical ranges: venue, production, staffing, logistics, line by line.
How agencies use us
Most of this work arrives through creative and PR agencies, and the division of labour is clean: you keep the client relationship and the creative; we supply venue options with real availability, local suppliers who deliver in August, and the ground truth on what's legally and physically possible. Our fees come from the venues and suppliers we introduce (you contract them directly at their own prices), and for complex builds we bring in a production partner transparently.
Brand activation FAQ
Do we need permits for an activation in Ibiza?
If it happens on public land (beaches, streets, plazas), yes, and permissions from the council (plus the coastal authority for beaches) are slow and often refused in peak season. Activations at private licensed venues, which is how most are done, need no public permit: the venue's own licence covers the event. Filming and drone work carry separate rules.
When is the best time to run an activation?
For press, influencers and footfall, June–September is when the island's audience is there, with peak prices to match. Opening and closing weeks (May and October) buy attention at lower cost. For pure content shoots, shoulder months give better light, empty locations and easier logistics.
Can you arrange a venue buyout for a launch?
Yes. Beach clubs, restaurants, rooftops and fincas all take buyouts, priced as a fixed fee or a minimum spend depending on venue, date and day of week. Peak-season weekend buyouts at name venues need locking in months ahead; midweek and shoulder-season dates are far more negotiable.
Can you support a photo or video shoot?
Yes: locations (villas, fincas, boats, beaches), local crew, permits where public land or drones are involved, transport and catering. Ibiza's crew base is deep because of the club industry, and it's strongest in season.
Do you work with agencies or only direct with brands?
Both, and most activation work comes through agencies. Treat us as the on-island fixer: you keep the client relationship and creative; we supply venues, suppliers, realistic costs and the ground truth on what's possible.
What does a typical activation cost?
Too variable for one number: a press dinner for 20 can run a few thousand euros; a weekend beach-club takeover with production runs well into six figures. What we can do quickly is price your specific concept as typical ranges before you commit budget internally.
