Budget, honestly stated
A typical all-in range is €250–€700+ per person per day: accommodation, meals, meeting space, transfers and one activity. Midweek dates in shoulder months sit at the bottom of the range; peak-season buyouts of premium properties sit well above the top. We'd rather give you a range you can take to a CFO than a teaser rate that doubles later. Every element is quoted individually by the suppliers, and you contract with them directly.

- Supplier matching: catering, AV and production, transfers and coaches (the island's roads punish bad transport planning), activities, photographers, staffing.
- Reality-checking: capacities, licences, noise cut-offs, Wi‑Fi that survives a video call, and contingency space if the weather turns.
Lead time: 3–6 months is comfortable for a retreat of 20–60 people in shoulder season. Larger events, peak dates and full buyouts need longer. Tight timeline? Ask anyway: midweek and off-season dates can move fast.

Can we book an entire hotel or villa complex?
Yes. Full buyouts of agroturismos (rural hotels, typically 10–25 rooms), boutique hotels and multi-villa estates are the standard format for retreats of 20–60 people. Buyouts give you privacy, flexible schedules and your own branding on site, and generally need 3–6 months of lead time.
Is Ibiza professional enough for a serious offsite?
Yes. Outside the club scene the island has a mature events infrastructure: hotels with proper meeting rooms and AV, production companies, DMC-grade transport operators, and caterers used to corporate service levels. Direct flights connect Ibiza to most major European cities in season.
How many people can you handle?
From a 10-person leadership retreat to company events of several hundred at licensed venues and beach clubs. Above roughly 150 guests the venue shortlist narrows quickly, so earlier booking matters.
What does your service cost the company?
Our fee comes from the venues and suppliers we introduce: you contract and pay them directly at their own prices, with no markup. For complex productions we'll recommend a dedicated production partner and say so transparently.
